Policies:

  • Each group must consist of one (1) adult organizer and a minimum of 12 students to be eligible for Homeschool rates.  Adult organizer is responsible for group scheduling, coordination, and payment at time of visit.

  • Please complete a fieldtrip group request at least two weeks prior to your ideal visit date. This helps museum staff prevent overcrowding in the exhibits.  Where available, please list the ages of participants in your group to help us customize your experience.

  • Normal chaperone ratio policies apply (1:5 for students under 10 years; 1:8 for students older than 11 years). All chaperones must be 18 years or older. No children under 14 years wandering the museum.

  • On the day of your visit, please allow extra time for parking and traffic. Homeschool groups will be admitted to the museum once the lead organizer has arrived.

  • Lunch space in our public café space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no lunch options at the museum.
